Just trying to tell you why I use this version of OS X and keep using this older iMac. ![]() I apologize if this comment sounds negative, I don't mean to be like that. When this OS works well for me, old age remember, why change? Greasemonkey Version 1.15 (if use this, dont use Scriptish) For some reason the Mozilla addons page has decided greasemonkey 1.15.1 is not compatible with firefox 29 anymore, and removed the install button on that browser version, which is obviously total rubbish, as weve been using it to play KoC for 3 years or more. Possibly OS X 10.9 may be a future upgrade, but not yet. ![]() Same applies to the two previous versions of Mac OS X. OK, FYI I am 69 year old and have no reason to buy a newer iMac and from what I have read of the newest version of Mac OS, it stinks. They add features to Firefox to make browsing faster, safer, or just plain fun. Also, I have used Windows based computers in the past and will never go back to any Windows computer. So are these versions of Firefox below prone to being infected as bots I am a moderator on another forum and the Confirmation code keeps out spam bots.I usually only see IE as infected bots. Note: This extension does not contain any ads and does not modify web pages automatically. I do not have much confidence in the newer Mac OS versions. Sync to Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, or a WebDAV service. I also use a separate Malware program at least twice every week. The technician did a complete check up and said it is running great and had no nasty viruses or any other malware. I have had it in a good shop this year to have it checked as I did have a minor problem. FIREFOX 19 COMBINATION: Firefox Version 19 (windows users) Greasemonkey Version 1.10.1 (if use this, dont use Scriptish) Scriptish Version 0.1.8 (if use this, dont use Greasemonkey). Also, this old iMac is a late 2009 model. I have read of various problems with OS X 10.9 and above. I check it every other day, every day some times even. I have a very good antivirus program and have not been hacked even using this older OS X 10.8.5.
